Τhe JMG issued In 2018 α new academic publication, entitled, “Corpus Inscriptionum Judaicarum Graeciae (CIJG): Corpus of Jewish and Hebrew Inscriptions from Mainland and Island Greece (late 4th c. BCE–15th century)”, which collects and presents 108 epigraphic items of Jewish interest that are located in Greek territory, many of them for the first time. The publication received an award in December 2019 by the Academy of Athens.
The publication of the academic volume was followed by a temporary exhibition, entitled “Stone Paths – Stories Set in Stone: Jewish Inscriptions in Greece”, presented jointly at the Jewish Museum of Greece (JMG) and the Epigraphic Museum (EM), from mid-May 2022 to mid-October 2023.
